Off-site strategy sessions with Office PLAN-IT and customer interviews facilitated SHARITZ Marketing Solutions helped create a target customer profile for the brand. The profile included needs and expectations, as well as ‘who’ searched for their services, and most importantly, how and who made the final decision to buy. The SHARITZ branding team also uncovered Office-PLAN-IT’s ‘so-what’ factor, as it related to their customers to create the brand’s a new digital positioning and re-launch strategy. Based on this discovery, a new, more upscale and impactful identity package and logo artwork were designed to appeal directly to the feasibility team target segments searching for such a new vendor partner. To re-launch the brand, SHARITZ created a highly targeted and aggressive ‘Tell the boss where to Go!’ campaign utilizing trade publication ads, direct mail, posters, and outdoor billboards integrated with a new interactive and optimized website.
